American Spirit Graphics thrilled with their CLC Plus System...

Early on the Des Moines, IA printer was seeing waste decrease and higher quality after installing WPC’s “Closed Loop Color Plus” system, and the system is still running smoothly today.  CLC Plus was installed on a 5 Unit, 1 Web, 26” Zirkon Press at ASG and has now been in production since mid 2010.  “Once again WPC came through with another great tool (CLC Plus) that is user friendly to the Operators, requires very little maintenance, performs as sold, and in typical WPC fashion, is second to none.” says Tom Senn - Plant Superintendent, American Spirit Graphics  Iowa Division.   

The press came supplied with eltromat fountains and ink desks,  so WPC needed to design an interface that would allow ASG to keep the desk for ink presetting. The interface works perfectly with no issues and all operators are very pleased with the results.   

“In this day and age of anyone can make one, WPC hit the bulls-eye every time” reports Tom Senn.  ASG also purchased WPC’s T5 Data gathering / Production run information system making data from the CLC Plus available in real time at your desktop computer using Excel.
